Description:
The management will include direct and indirect attention to all those factors that intervene in the comprehensive care of dependent people who are users of a Day Center, as established by current regulations, Law 3/2019, of February 18, on Inclusive Social Services of the Community. Valenciana, Decree 27/2023, of March 10, of the Consell, (modified by Decree 51/2024, of April 29, of the Consell) by which the typology is regulated
and the operation of the centers, services and programs of social services, and their organization within a functional, territorial structure and jurisdiction of the Valencian Public System of Social Services and Decree 51/2024, of April 29, of the Consell, which modifies the previous Decree. As well as the updated information from Annex II of Decree 27/2023, modified by Law 5/2025 (BOE-A-2025-11959).
