Description:
Description of the service: The object of the contract is the maintenance of the HP multifunction equipment printing fleet of Sant Adrià de Besòs Town Council. This maintenance will be carried out under the modality of price per copy and effective impression, of all teams present in the table presented in point 3 of this document. The main objectives to be achieved are the following: Keep the fleet of printers, multifunction equipment and plotters in proper working order, including the replacement of consumables, in all City Hall offices, where the devices referred to in the table are located. Detailed monthly billing with cost per actual printed page, distinguishing by equipment model, color, including old meter and meter read in the time to issue invoice. Preventive and corrective maintenance service in-situ of the park. - Replacement of the equipment due to breakdown. In case of not being able to repair a piece of equipment, the successful tenderer will provide a piece of equipment with similar characteristics until the end of the contract. The list of equipment to be maintained will be:- 10 equipment in the list were acquired new in December 2018, currently under a support and maintenance contract that ends on 12/31/2025.- 24 equipment were acquired new in December 2021, currently under a support and maintenance contract that ends on 12/31/2025.- 6 pieces of equipment that were acquired in December 2022, currently under a maintenance contract that ends on 12/31/2026, and which will have to enter ...
