Provision of services for the organization and execution of sustainable institutional and communication events promoted by the Biodiversity Foundation (FB), both nationally and, exceptionally, internationally. Provision of services for the organization and execution of events institutional and sustainable communication promoted by the Biodiversity Foundation (FB), both at the national level and, exceptionally, in international territory, when expressly determined by the FB. The contract is structured in two independent lots, in order to optimize management and allow the participation of companies specialized in each field. Lot 1: Comprehensive event management services. Lot 2: Support services for networking and relational dynamization of events Provision of professional services for planning, organization, production, coordination, logistics and evaluation of institutional events, in face-to-face, hybrid format or online, developed mainly in the national territory and, exceptionally, in the foreigner when the FB requires it.
