Description of the provision: The Work and Training Program 2024 is regulated by Order EMT/176/2021, of September 9, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies of the Work and Training Program, modified by Order EMT/68/2022, of April 22, by orderEMT/2/2023, of January 5, and by Order EMT/170/2023, of June 27.The work and training program 2025 is regulated by Order EMT/89/2024, of April 24, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies of the Work and Training program (SOC - Work and Training),Modified by Order EMT/155/2024, of July 8.In this regard, the early call 2024 maintains the six large groups of recipients: people in a situation of long -term unemployment do not receive unemployment benefit (PANP), recipients of the guaranteed income of the incomeCitizenship (PRGC), unemployed women and in a situation of sexist violence, women in a long -term unemployment situation not receiving unemployment benefit (woman), people over 52 years old who are unemployed (MG52), people who identify us with the gender whoHe was assigned to be born according to his biological characteristics, whether he feels of the opposite gender or why his identity does not fit the traditionally established gender categories and to be unemployed (trans*).
