The public concurrence procedure has As an object, the selection of up to four (4) Projects of design, installation and management of land infrastructure of space technology in the teleport of Sant Esteve de la Sarga in the Montsec Observatory (hereinafter, ODM). The technical scope and the minimum technical characteristics of the project The station is defined in the specifications of technical prescriptions. The award of the selection procedure will entail by the IEEC that is made available to the winning projects of one within the land of the estate where the Observatory is located in the municipality of Sant Esteve de la Sarga for a period Exploitation 5 years extendable for 5 more years.1.2.
