• Description:
• Description of the service: The object of this tender is the granting of a temporary private occupation license of the public domain for a bar during the development of the salsa and bachata activity, within the International Festival ViuDansa 2026. This tender is reserved for local non-profit entities or associations and is governed by article 218 of Legislative Decree 3/2003, of April 28, which approves the Consolidated Text of the Municipal and Local Government Law of Catalonia, article 57 of Decree 336/1988, of October 17, which approves the Local Entities Regulation, and the forty-eighth additional provision of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts. The license will authorize the occupation by public road, in Plaça de les Palmeres in Castelldefels. The bar will occupy 9 linear meters, located within the palm tree area. In total an approximate surface of 30 m2. See the plan in Annex 1. The occupation of the public domain space will take a term only and exclusively on the day and in the following time slot: Saturday 13 June from 6 pm to 11.30 pm. In the event that due to unforeseen reasons or force majeure, the Organization has to postpone the salsa and bachata activity. This occupation would have valid for the new established date.
