The provision of the technical, material and human services necessary for the maintenance of all public lighting facilities of the municipal term of Rojales, both existing and those that in the future are received by the City Council.
Public lighting is a basic service inAll municipalities, included in article 26.1 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of the local regime, essential to guarantee security and make possible the use currently demanded by public spaces at night.
They are considered lighting facilitiesexterior those that are intended for the lighting of the traffic or communication roads and that of the spaces between buildings that, due to their characteristics or general security, must remain illuminated, as well as the ornament lighting of different areas of the municipalityindicated in the specifications.
