This pubic contest procedure for awarding selection has a preparatory nature for the granting of the concession indicated in the object of the contract.
The contest, and subsequent demanding grant, will be governed by the basis of bases, and the specifications of particular conditions and administrative conditions that are approved for that purpose, and that will be consistent with the provisions of the article 81 and following of the TRLPEMM, and to the Order FOM/938/2008, of March 27, which approves the specific specifications for the granting of state port public domain.
