- Description of the provision: This contract aims to offer an information, training, counseling, detection, attention and referral of sexist and LGBTI-phobic violence in the public spaces of leisure, both night and daytime, if applicable, through the so-called point Lilac Irisat. Therefore, this contract comprises the care service, the infrastructure or device with a roof (tent, stand, modules ...), the activation and implementation of the local protocol of action in the case of sexist violence, especially in the case of cases of sexual violence and LGBTI-phobia. The service will be provided from the device or infrastructure, with two professionals in a fixed and/or traveling space to supervise the most traveled routes by the users of the festive spaces according to the event concret.
