The purpose of the contract consists of a management and maintenance service of the business applications on which the EOI processes and a technical support service to users and management of the EOI work environment are implemented, which includes among others the management of the management of the management of the Security, telephony, inventory, etc.
The contract is structured in two lots:
Lot 1: Applications management and maintenance service.
Lot 2: Support and management of the work environment.
