In the present case, as will be detailed in the following sections, the scope of this Modification will be the entire municipal term, since it is the objective of these works to write a document of the General Planning Plan that can replace the current urban planning, and that according to art. 142 of the LSENPC defines the territorial and urban model of the municipality
