- The purpose of the contract consists of technical assistance, advice and conduct and reports for coordination in health and safety matters during the execution of maintenance actions of semaphoric and luminous facilities and control equipment throughout the entire Road Network of the Community of Madrid, as well as the safety of the M-111 road tunnel, in the exploitation phase of the two tubes as it passes through the Madrid-Barajas airport, as stated in the tunnel exploitation manual and in accordance with the provisions of the Royal Decree Decree 635/2006, of May 26, on minimum safety requirements in the State Road Tunnels, with respect to the actions of the new contract for "maintenance service of the semaphoric and luminous facilities, of the outer lighting and the control equipment of the road network Of the Community of Madrid years 2022-2025 ".
