Description:
The purpose of this contract is the provision of a service for the Biomedical Research Foundation of the La Paz University Hospital (hereinafter, Fibhulp) of caterings according to the needs of the Foundation.
The service will ensure compliance with Law 1/2025, of April 1, prevention Of the losses and the food waste, of Law 31/1995, of November 8, on the prevention of occupational hazards, and of how many legal, regulatory and administrative provisions are applicable or may be during the validity of the contract to the development of the Catering Object Service Of the present. This obligation covers, without exhaustive character, the regulations regarding:
Hygiene and Food Safety: including the traceability of products, allergen management and compliance with specific quality standards for food.
Labor and Social Security: Guaranteeing the appropriate conditions for their employees, the prevention of occupational hazards and the fulfillment of social security obligations.
