Proceed to hire a company specialized in language evaluation for the qualification and certification of linguistic levels B1 and B2 of English for professional military personnel of the Army (ET), in an Active Duty situation, in a Reserve situation with an assigned destination or in a Special Services situation with a destination in the Undersecretary of Defense, the students of the Military Teaching Centers (CDM), the Specific Corps of the ET and the personnel of the Common Corps assigned to Units, Centers and Organizations of the ET, provided that the execution of the contract allows the validation of the certificates contemplated in Instruction 60/2022 of the Undersecretariat of Defense, or the annex to the aforementioned Instruction that is in force during the period of provision of the contract, for levels B1 and B2 of the CEFR.
