- The purpose of this contract is to carry out the quality control of the processes and general functioning of the domestic waste treatment plants available to the Madrid City Council in the PTV in order that the municipal technical services ensure the correct exploitationof them and the adequate compliance with the contracts that govern relations between the City Council of Madrid and the concessionary companies of the service management by obtaining data and information that facilitates the City Council the assessment of compliance with the commitmentsContractuals of the exploiting companies of the plants, analysis of the degree of compliance with the current regulations: environmental authorizations and industrial safety regulations, verification and verification of the state of conservation and the operation of the assets of each of thefacilities, realization or update of inventories of the plants, control of the incidents, breakdowns and stops, carry out the surveillance of the environmental impact of the activities carried out in the PTV through the use of remote piloted aircraft systems, technical reviews, technical reviewsSpecific, analysis and verification of the data obtained from the maintenance management system assisted by computer, technical assistance and proposals for improvement and control and proposals for measures or actions to improve the universal accessibility of all plants and facilities of thePTV.
