This contract has, therefore, a specific and differentiated object as the service of reception and auxiliary tasks in accordance with article 99 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and the 2014/23/23/EU Council and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 are transposed to the Spanish legal system. The hiring of this service must comply with the content, qualities and characteristics specified in the Technical Prescriptions.
The average occupancy level is usually above 90%, being the origin of the Very diverse population: Ukrainian, Syrian, Asian, African, Arabic and Latin American.
The CAPI of Seville does not have sufficient personnel for the performance of all reception tasks and auxiliary tasks necessary to provide the
service in a residential center of these characteristics, both for their dimensions and for the number of residents served and the services
borrowed
At present, the center has a template of three people in its RPT:
- One of them belongs to the professional group E1 Administrative Services
(ordinances) attached to the specific base quota 5.
- Two more people from the E0 Professional Group, Specialty Tasks
