- Description of the provision: File 12/2026 - 001 CONTRACTING, MONITORING AND MANAGEMENT PARKS AND GARDENSNúvol005 WORKS AND CONTRACTING\2026\001 EXP 12 2026 01 SERVICING YARD AND HELP The object of the file is the contracting of the service that includes the whole of actions necessary to guarantee the correct condition of all grass areas, municipal parks and gardens, trees and shrubs, slopes and curbs, planters and flowerbeds, sports and school areas, peri-urban spaces and the rest of the plant elements distributed throughout the urban core and its surroundings. This set of actions includes the mowing and maintenance of the grass surfaces, the clearing of banks, slopes and hard-to-access areas, the biennial pruning of the trees and the trimming of shrubs, the integral maintenance of planters and flowerbeds with seasonal plant replacement, the periodic review and small repairs of irrigation systems, the removal and management of all plant remains generated and the execution of extraordinary actions arising from weather incidents, municipal events or urgent requirements of the person responsible for the contract. The service is provided with personal means and materials owned by the awarding company and is carried out on a unit price basis, with monthly settlement and annual regularization, guaranteeing the continuity, quality and security of the maintenance of the urban green in the municipality.
