The works will consist of equipping the necessary elements to equip the current premises into a home. The current Bany Es Recol.LIt will take place between the two bedrooms in order to free up space in the living room. The existing sanitary facilities will be modified in order to adapt the installation to the new distribution, which will involve the displacement of the bathroom and the incorporation of a new kitchen. There will be a kitchen at the endSouth of the house. Among these elements will be included the installation of an electric heater that supplies hot water to the house. The current wooden carpentry with fixed glass will be replaced by other carpentry with glass with air chamber and improvements in thermal transmissivity Rin terms of those currently in existence. The access door to the house will be replaced due to the state of lack of maintenance it presents. A wooden parquet will be placed on top of the current Terrazzo floor.
