Description:
Description of the service: This is the project to reform part of the first floor, the one facing Carrer Major, in order to offer a co-working space to the inhabitants of the town where they can work in good conditions thanks to the reform to make this space a sustainable and efficient space regarding the facilities that will all be new. The objective is to be able to have a public space within the municipality that offers the population benign environmental conditions to protect themselves from an unfavorable context climatically speaking. All the villagers of Poboleda will be able to benefit. It is given special attention to accessibility, since to access the upper floor, the core of the stairs, now in poor condition, will have to be adapted. In addition, an elevator will be placed to remove the architectural barriers caused by not having one. Importance is also given to the facilities, which will be all new since the existing ones are obsolete. Emphasis will be placed on the climate installation to achieve an improvement in energy efficiency and reduce demand by also adding extrados and changing the carpentry in contact with the outside. The roof also needs an arrangement as it has some holes through which water enters.
