Description:
Description of the benefit: The nursery, needs to expand the total capacity of the center. This extension responds to the need to absorb an increasing demand for places, while also decongesting current spaces and improving the global functionality of the school. The new Distribution has been designed to comply with the spatial and pedagogical criteria established by the Department of Education, guaranteeing a safe, stimulating and healthy environment for children of 1 and 2 years. Functional organization ensures a clear and efficient distribution of uses, with a zoning Rational that differentiates the teaching spaces of collective and service use. The Infantile Classroom 1 will share toilet chamber with the classroom of Infantil 2. At the same time, a small bathroom is expected for teachers to avoid having to go on the ground floor. Multipurpose room is proposed as a space Central of support, in direct communication with the kitchen as well as with the classroom of Infantil 1 to favor as many uses possible. The main objective of the intervention is to achieve a high level of security, accessibility and comfort. In this sense, direct natural ventilation is guaranteed In all common classrooms and spaces, natural lighting with solar filters and protections, and the adaptation of surfaces according to regulatory occupation.
