Description:
Description of the service: The contract consists of rehabilitating the two buildings of the Emili Carles-Tolrà school, solving the identified pathologies and at the same time improving the energy efficiency of the whole. Action will be taken in three areas: - Facades and fences: Taped, cleaned and painted. Area of operation building 1 = 1060m2 Area of operation building 2 = 1118m2 Total area of operation = 2178m2 - Roofs: The entire roof will be insulated, waterproofed again and the tiles will be replaced. They will be replaced false ceilings and gutters will be installed to collect rainwater. Area of action building 1 = 943m2 Area of action building 2 = 898.98m2 Total area of action = 1841.98m2 - Carpentry: All carpentry will be replaced by equivalents with better thermal performance. It will be carried out in two phases: - Phase 1: Roofing, insulation and false ceilings will be carried out. - Phase 2: Facades and carpentry work will be carried out
