Description:
Description of the provision: This contract for public works is intended to execute the works described in the project drafted by the Tecnigral company and the City Council of Reus, called the project of reinterpretation of land - Renauleus land use and roofs. Action B1R1A, initially approved By decree of the delegated councilor of Public Road, of May 14, 2025, and became approved with definitive character on June 14, 2025. This contract is subject, in any case, to the fulfillment, execution and completion of the goals and objectives set in the Recovery Plan, Transformation and resilience, in accordance with the decision to execute the Council regarding the approval of the evaluation of the Recovery and Resilience Plan of Spain (Council Implementing Decision-CID) and will be subject to the full application of the procedures and control that are established by the MRR of the EU and other EU regulations applicable to the management, monitoring and control that is established by the PRTR, as well as, to the specific obligations related to the information and advertising, to the verification and the other imposed by the regulations of the Union Europea.
