- Description of the provision: This mixed contract aims to execute the work described in the executive project Remodeling of the children's play area of Plaza Europa - annuity 2024 approved by decree of the delegated councilor of public roads, on March 11, 2025 and became Approved on a definitive manner on May 5, 2025.It is a mixed contract of supplies and works under article 18 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, which transparents to the Spanish legal system the directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 (LCSP), to which the legal regime of supply contracts will be applied for its award. In turn, and in accordance with article 122.2 of the LCSP, the legal regime applicable to its effects, compliance and extinction, It will be the one that is detailed in the corresponding specifications of administrative clauses and particular techniques.
