Description of the provision: This contract aims to execute the work described in the "Executive Project Remodeling of the playground of the Trenet Park" initially approved by decree of the delegated councilor of public roads, on November 19, 2024, and approved definitivelyBy decree of the same councilor on February 6, 2025.It is a mixed contract of supplies and works under article 18 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, for which the Spanish Parliament's directives are transposed to the Spanish legal system andof the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014 (LCSP), to which the legal regime of supply contracts will be applied for its award. In turn, and in accordance with article 122.2 of the LCSP, the legal regime applicable to its effects, compliance and extinction,It will be the one that is detailed in the corresponding specifications of administrative clauses and particular techniques.
