Description:
The object of the contract is the removal and recovery of paper and cardboard from separate collection in Menorca promoted by the Menorca Waste and Energy Consortium.
The destination of the material will be its valorization, that is, any operation the main result of which is that the waste serves a useful purpose by replacing other materials, which would otherwise have been used to fulfill a particular function or that the waste is prepared to fulfill this function in the facility or in the economy in general, in accordance with the definition of the concept of recovery carried out by Law 7/2022, of April 8, on Waste and Only Contaminated Waste by a Circular Economy.
The transfer of ownership will be deemed to have been carried out at the time of withdrawal. of the material from the Mila Waste Management Area, or any other place that the Consortium may designate, subject to compliance with the contract and the economic obligations established therein.
The removed material subject to this contract has, therefore, an economic value in the market and, Consequently, this will be taken into account when determining the remuneration provided for in this hiring procedure.
