The health service of the Balearic Islands, hereinafter IB Salut, at all times has expressed its commitment to compliance with current regulations on information security and especially to the requirements established both by Organic Law 3 2018, of December 5, of Protectionof personal data and guarantee of digital rights as well as by Royal Decree 311 2022, of May 3, which regulates the National Security Scheme and Decree 2 2018, which approves the information security policy of the Health Service of the Balearic Islands.
