Description:
Description of the service: Redistribution of the current floor, used until now as a medical office, consisting of two consultations, a bathroom, a distribution corridor and a waiting room. The works will consist of equipping the necessary elements to equip the current premises into a home. The current bany will be relocated between the two bedrooms in order to free up space in the living-dining room. The existing sanitation will be modified in order to adapt the installation to the new distribution, which will entail the displacement of the bathroom and the incorporation of a new kitchen. A kitchen will be built thereat the southern end of the house. Among these elements will be included the installation of an electric heater that supplies hot water to the home. The current wooden carpentry with fixed glass will be replaced by other carpentry with glass with air chamber and improvements in thermal transmissivityica with respect to the existing ones at present. The access door to the house will be replaced given the state of lack of maintenance it presents. A wooden parquet floor will be placed over the current terrazzo flooring. To finish, the electrical installations will have to be modified, ofair conditioning and water supply to serve the new requirements to which they will be subjected
