Description:
The purpose of the framework agreement is to establish the conditions to which service contracts will have to comply for the management and contracting of places in Residences for people with serious and long-lasting mental illness in the different areas of the Community of Madrid.
The Residences (also called MiniResidencies) are a community residential center with around an average of 30 places with 24-hour supervision, intended to meet the accommodation and residential support needs of people affected by serious and long-term mental illnesses with deterioration of their personal and social autonomy. They provide on a temporary basis (short or transitional stay) or indefinitely (long stay): accommodation, maintenance, care and support, personal and social support, as well as support to improve psychosocial functioning and community integration of users. attended. In this community residence model, the criterion for places to be hired is established as a minimum of 15 places and a maximum of 40 places.
The places in Residences awarded in this Framework Agreement, once contracted under the service contracts derived from it, will be integrated into the Social Care Network for people with serious and long-lasting mental illness of the General Directorate of Care for People with Disabilities of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs
