- The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to determine the conditions of the management of the care service in a residential center with day care for dependent adults over 18 years of age with intellectual disabilities and serious associated behavioral disorders, defined in the Terms of Reference. Technical Prescriptions (hereinafter PPT) in which the administrative needs to be satisfied through the Framework Agreement and the factors of all kinds to be taken into account are specified, as well as establishing the procedure for their provision, through contracts based on this agreement.
Residence for adults with intellectual disabilities and severe associated behavioral disorders is understood as specialized social equipment that offers accommodation, maintenance, rehabilitation, care and personal and social support to the extent necessary for the development of the activities of daily living and specialized care that includes rehabilitative activities and the promotion of leisure and normal coexistence in order to prevent the progression of situations of deterioration and promote the maintenance and development of their capacities and possibilities of social inclusion.
