Description:
Description of the provision: the maintenance of the river road and its surroundings, as well as the lilac road, from the municipal term to Castellar del Valles, with sustainable management, promoting gender equality projects and at the same time reserving the contract with specialized staff of special centers of specialized centers.Work, in accordance with the conditions contained in the same specifications of technical prescriptions. The maintenance service of the river path and its environment is classified as non -urbanizable land and has ground qualification, code 17, special protection floor, special plan of the Ripoll river. And the service ofMaintenance of the lilac path, is already included for the most part inside the river road and only a small section is outside the area of the Special Plan of the Ripoll river. The work to be done by the company is classified into: 1.- Conducting maintenance work (clearing and waste cleaning of theRoad of the river and the lilac road that will be transferred to the municipal waste disposal or to the authorized treatment plants), which will be executed throughout the year; 2.- Corrective or extraordinary maintenance work (repairs for vandal and/or temporary acts) and the recovery of the environment thatThey will be outsourced through certifications for work done. The characteristics of the object are included in the technical prescriptions that are attached as annex7.
