the object of the contract is part of the special services contemplated in Annex IV of the LCSP, specifically within the health services or health care services toBeneficiaries of the Public Health System of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja. From this point of view, the contract is also included in those of services that entail direct benefits in favor of citizenship, as provided in art. 312 of the LCSP.
It consists of the serviceof conducting robotic ophthalmological diagnostic tests by artificial intelligence, as described in the PPT governing the contract. These diagnostic tests are additional and prior to those that seris ophthalmologists pass.
