Description: The United Nations Information and Communication Technology Facility (UNICTF) is located in Valencia, next to Valencia's Airport in Spain (Avenida Comarques del Pais Valencia, 2, 46930 - Quart De Poblet), seeks a qualified contractor to lay a liquid waterproofing membrane, aimed at resolving water infiltration issues on the roofs of two (2) buildings (OF1 and OF2). Solar panels and HVAC external unit machines are installed on these roofs, and the required waterproofing works shall be done without removing them.The purpose of the works is the roof waterproofing of two (2) buildings built in 2008 and the relevant roofs are affected by some water infiltration issues in several positions. The works shall include: a) Executive design;b) Temporary fencing for construction site;c) Roof waterproofing works;d) Disposal of Materials and Cleaning.Subcontracting is allowed for all categories of works.
