- The services that are hired include all the functions corresponding to the coordinator in health and safety matters during the phase of execution of the works, in accordance with the provisions of Royal Decree 1627/1997, of October 24, and its subsequent modifications.

Contract that, as a consequence of its activity, are necessary, to establish the
timely procedures to control the compliance that the contractor makes
of its obligations, both in terms of training and information of the workers employed in the work, and in terms of surveillance of health and assistance to the optional direction of the works in all those benefits that in terms of health and safety are required, in regard to the obligations and functions established legally and regulation for the promoter.
