In In this context, it is necessary to reinforce and renew the sections of the network that present a poor state or a repeated history of breakdowns, with the aim of improving the reliability of the service, reducing losses and guaranteeing the continuity of supply Currently, there are still several sections of the supply network made up of fiber cement pipes, obsolete material and not suitable for current standards, which are expected to be replaced by new pipes in accordance with current regulations.
