- The purpose of this contract is the mandatory and non-obligatory school transport accompaniment service, managed by the Regional Council of the Alt Penedes (hereinafter Regional Council) that will be provided every school day of the school calendar according to the Annual Order that publicd0311b314139639afa8d9993705f8a28ca the Department of Education of the Generalitat of Catalonia, except in the case of force majeure, so that the students are transported to the educational centers.
