Description:
The contract is integrated by the integral management of the Security, Surveillance and Auxiliary Services of the University of Les Illes Balears (UIB), both in the Palma main campus and in its headquarters in Menorca, Eivissa, the Parcbit and other university spaces that are incorporated during the validity of the contract.
The service, summarized and without exhaustive character, includes the following benefits:
• Surveillance and physical protection of people, goods, buildings and facilities, through enabled personnel, in accordance with current regulations on private security.
• Supervision and Control of Access, Opening and Closing of Buildings, Input Verification, Users Identification and Prevention of Unauthorized Access.
• Acting to emergencies and risks, collaboration with internal and external security and prevention services, including intervention In fires, evacuations, threats and first aid.
• Support in extraordinary events and events, institutional days, oppositions, cultural and sports acts.
• Provision of auxiliary services, such as porter, attention to the public, keys, operational support in buildings and complementary rounds at night and weekends.
