The purpose of this contract is regulated in two facets differentiated animal welfare in the municipality of Alcala de Guadaira:
a) On the one hand the conditions that must be governed in the hiring of the collection, shelter, adoption and elimination service of abandoned, lost or dead income or in the road public or in public spaces, as well as the withdrawal, transport, custody and temporary maintenance of those specimens of abandoned or lost animals that are in a situation of causing a public health or health problem.
