The characteristics of the procedure are detailed in the specific administrative clauses (PCAP) and its Annex I. In addition to the required solvency criteria, the required business authorization will be to be designated as an authorized laboratory to carry out the analyzes of thesamples taken, at least, within the scope of other official activities, for Xylella fastidiosa and Candidatus Liberibacter spp., quarantine pests of the Union and included in the list of priority pests.
