- Description of the provision: contracting of the service of collection, transfer, identification, veterinary assistance, reception and adoption of pets (dogs, cats and ferrets) abandoned, lost or injured on the public road, as well as assistance to court actions or security forces In all interventions in which pets are involved in the municipality of Barbera del Valles.The defined contract has the qualification of a service contract in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP, and is included in Annex IV of identical rule (Social Services, of Health and Connex Services), and the applicable legal regime is provided for in the arts. 308 and ss. of the LCSP.A The tender and execution of the contract will govern, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, the specifications of particular administrative clauses and the specifications of technical prescriptions (PPT) (annex) 2).
