Description of the provision: contracting of the service of collection, transport and confidential destruction of municipal documentation of the City Council of Barbera del Valles, in accordance with the provisions of the applicable current legislation, which together with its CPV coding, is listed in section a) APPENDIX CHARACTERISTIC TABLE (Annex 1) The defined contract has the qualification of a service contract in accordance with article 17 of the LCSP, and is included in Annex IV of identical rule (social services, health and services connected), and the applicable legal regime is provided for in the arts. 308 and ss of the LCSP.A The tender and execution of the contract will govern, in addition to the applicable legal regulations, the specifications of particular administrative clauses and the specifications of technical prescriptions (PPT) (annex) 2).
