The Can Planas Waste Deposit has been part of the necessary infrastructure to provide treatmentIn the waste generated within the metropolitan area, and in correspondence with the responsibilities that belong to it, this administration must carry out the necessary works of sealing to adapt the landfill to the regulations that are applicable to it (Decree 1/1997 of January 7 of the disposition of the rejection of the rejectionWaste in controlled deposits) .The project of the work of the follow -up and complementary actions of the waste deposit of Can Planas was initially approved on May 31, 2022 by the Metropolitan Council of the AMB (Exp 900045/22) in its full version, which included phases 1, 2 and 3.Later, the same body definitively approved the previous project in a session dated April 20, 2023 The exposure period for the public and having responded to the allegations received. Finally, on January 18, 2024, the division in phases of the project was approvedPrimitive.In consequence, it is necessary to have a management service the work for the follow -up that must be executed.
