- The hiring of a company to provide the passenger assistance service for the Entry-Exit System (EES) for a period of 3 years. The work consists of the support service to the National Police in the provision of auxiliary services information in EES to passengers from third countries when accessing passport controls at the Port of Santander. All this in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2017/2226 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of November 30, 2017, by which establishes an Entry and Exit System (EES) to record entry and exit data and refusal of entry relating to third-country nationals crossing the external borders of the Member States and Regulation (EU) 2018/1240 which establishes a European Travel Information and Authorization System (ETIAS) for third-country nationals exempt from the visa requirement to cross borders.
