Description:
According to Directive 2000/60/EC on the monitoring of the state of surface water, groundwater and protected areas, member states will ensure the establishment of monitoring programs for the state of water bodies in order to obtain a general and coherent overview and complete in each hydrographic district.
The consolidated text of the Water Law, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2001, of July 20, establishes that in the case of surface water masses, a flow regime will be established as a prior restriction on exploitation systems. ecological.
And the evaluation of said regime has been carried out with each annual monitoring of the Hydrological Plan.
