Description:
Service contract for the collection, treatment and scrapping of vehicles abandoned on public roads or deposited in the municipal depot and declared "unfit" to drive Description of the provision: The object of this contract is the removal, transfer, temporary storage services until the declaration of waste and disposal, for their subsequent scrapping, of vehicles declared out of use/abandoned, in accordance with the Royal Decree 265/2021, of April 13, on vehicles at the end of their useful life and which amends the General Regulation of vehicles, approved by Royal Decree 2822/1998, of December 23, for their management and subsequent appropriate treatment through the recycling activities, recovery and reuse of by-products and components resulting from scrapping, with the right to their commercial use.
