Description of the provision: The object of the contract is the proper and efficient provision of the service of the Shared Schooling Unit (UEC) to specify the actions of the successful bidder of the UEC de Vidreres Services Contract, in terms of the works to be performed and other circumstances. of a technical nature that affect the contract. The service contract of the Shared Schooling Unit (UEC) of Vidreres will be held for a period of a school year (from September 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026) and three courses (2026-2027, 2027-2028 and 2028-2029) of possible extensions, and will be provided in accordance with the clauses set out below and in accordance with the instructions issued by the City Council of Vidreres through the direction of the Program Unit of the Community Services Area. The defined contract has the qualification of the administrative contract of services, in accordance With article 17 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts, which transfer to the Spanish legal system the directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014.
