Description:
The following works are contemplated:
1) Diagnosis of the current state of exploitation.
2) Hydrological study.
3) Alternatives to consider. The feasibility analysis must present all possible alternatives for use for subsequent evaluation.
4) Analysisis of feasibility.
Finally, and with the support of any of the tools included in the guide, the analysis must conclude by establishing a preference for alternatives for use and with an assessment of the expected incidence of each of them, so that the Service in chargeof the Basin Agency can base its corresponding report.
It is considered that the contract must cover all those power plants in operation with installed capacity greater than 5,000 kVA and whose concession ends before January 1, 2035.
