Description:
The purpose of the contract is the implementation and maintenance of a human resources management system for the Consell Insular d'Eivissa, including all the services necessary to carry out its analysis, design, parameterization, development, testing, migration of information from the systems. current, implementation, training of specialized personnel and users, support and maintenance, covering at least the functionalities detailed in the Technical Prescription Specifications.
The solution must be a solution with "CLOUD" access mode with "SAAS" services (Software as a Service) and must provide the corporation's human resources service with a modular, open and flexible solution that integrates all the information managed by the service in order to streamline its daily work, ensuring compliance with the relevant legal obligations.
