Description of the provision: The object of this contract is the provision of the service of the integral management of the organization of the services and supplies necessary for the assembly and development of the Fair of the Return of the Indians and the Agromercat that is held every year in the urban center ofRibes. Its main objectives are as follows:- Organize the services and supplies of the Fair in a coordinated way with the City Council- To value the historical-cultural, artistic and architectural heritage of the time in the nucleus of Ribes.and local trade and crafts- carry out the tasks of advertising, promotion and dissemination of the fair.- Get exhibition and sale stalls, attractions, various workshops and quality musical performances.- To achieve a suitable decoration, with activities, shows and diverse and quality animation.-Evaluate the fair annually and propose improvements and innovations for the following editions. - Adapt the service to the real needs, with the optimization and redistribution of the available resources. The specific works of the service are established in the specific technical prescriptions (PPTP).And in the specifications of particular administrative clauses (PCAP, always in accordance with the applicable regulations.
