Description of the provision: The object of this tender is the contracting of services for the organization and technical execution of the Vall d'Hebron Race for the year 2026 and following, organized by the Hospital Foundation's Communication Unit Vall Hebron University-Research Institute (VHIR). The Vall d'Hebron charity run has a double purpose. On the one hand, to promote the pride of belonging, the cohesion and the participation of the professionals of the Vall d'Hebron Campus, becoming a space fun and healthy meeting and collective recognition, and on the other hand, to raise public awareness and raise funds for research, highlighting the work that the VHIR carries out to improve people's health. The event is at the same time an action of institutional and internal communication, and an opportunity to strengthen the link between the hospital campus, its professionals and society, under values of solidarity, health, research and community. Given the VHIR's desire to consolidate this activity as a recurring and reference event over the coming years, it is considered necessary to hire a professional service specialized in the organization of sporting and charity events, which provides experience, technical resources and the necessary coordination to guarantee its quality, safety and social impact.
