Description of the provision: contracting of the provision of phytosanitary treatments and biological control in the road trees and green spaces of the municipality of Sant Pere de Ribes, in accordance with this specifications of private administrative clauses and technical specifications.Objectives are:-Plan the planned / planned treatment and diseases in the trees and green spaces of the municipality.-Mountainize the use of phytosanitary chemicals and the risks to human health and the environment. -Impleant the integrated management of pests and biological type treatments andSustainable.-Collection of the incidents that may arise, with the inclusion of unplanned / unplanned actions. In order to guarantee the quality of the service in accordance with the purpose of the contract, the following benefits will be included: -Presation P1, Planned / planned treatments.-PresentP2, not foreseen treatments / unplanned.This contract may be described as administrative contract of services, in accordance with the definition of article 17 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on public sector contracts (LCSP), which transpires the directives to the legal system.of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23/EU and 2014/24/EU, of February 26, 2014.
